Cancellation Policies and Fees:

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s cancellation policies and fees policies.

We make every effort to remind you of your appointment prior to your scheduled date either via email or via text, that is why it is very important that we have your latest information on file. However, you must inform us if you’re unable to keep your appointment at least 24 hours prior to its scheduled date and time. If you cancel or change your scheduled appointment without providing us this 24 hour notice, you may be charged a no-notice or late-notice cancellation fee of $25 for every hour of scheduled service. If you fail to keep your scheduled reservation without providing us with any notice (no-show), we reserve the right to charge you for the entire cost of the reservation.

Please keep in mind that when you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
