What To Expect From Your Skincare Treatment? Please arrive a 10 minutes early to complete the client profile (for new clients) and to ensure a full treatment session. Your therapist will greet you and take you into the treatment room. They will exit the room and allow you to undress to your comfort level. Upon their return, please let your therapist know any concerns, doubts or comments you may have. Now is the time to let your esthetician know if you are using Retin-A, Accutane or any other topical skin medications that are prescribed by the dermatologist. And now, be ready to relax. After your facial treatment, we advise you to sit up slowly. You may experience slight lightheadedness due to changes in circulation, heart rate and blood pressure. In addition to normal fluid intake, we encourage you to drink at least eight extra glasses of water over the next 48 hours. Have some water to drink in the lounge. Cancellation Policy
You must inform us if you’re unable to keep your appointment at least 24 hours prior to its scheduled date and time. If you cancel or change your scheduled appointment without providing us this 24 hour notice, you may be charged a no-notice or late-notice cancellation fee of $30 for every hour of scheduled service. If you fail to keep your scheduled reservation without providing us with any notice (no-show), we reserve the right to charge you for the entire cost of the reservation.
